Downscale communicates through a small number of official channels. This page lists all of them, so you can always check.
We don't take part in public forums
We do not post, comment, or take part in discussion forums, community groups, or review threads — including Reddit — under our clinic name or any other name.
We do not operate anonymous, secondary, or duplicate accounts, and we do not ask staff, patients, or anyone else to post on our behalf.
About claims made elsewhere
We are aware that inaccurate claims about our clinic circulate from time to time on third-party forums we have no involvement in and no ability to correct. We would rather answer your questions directly than debate them anonymously online. Our position is this page.
